The processing line for job tears (coix seed) is one of Qiaopai's patent products.

It consists of two units: sizing unit, dehulling & separating unit.

Sizing unit can size the job tears into 5 grades.

Dehulling & separating unit can dehull each grade one by one respectively, then remove shells from kernels, separate and re-separate un-hulled seeds from kernels, return back un-hulled seeds to dehuller for re-hulling again automatically.
